Sometimes when you hit the peak of success, you cringe in fear
thinking that your growth will soon be halting as you have
plateaued out.
The fear of what is next can often consume you, as the fear
of the unknown and unanswered questions start accumulating.
The journey to find the height of success is often associated
with growing pains, as most people are aware of the turbulent ups and downs they
have to endure with tenacity to reach their goals.
But what happens when you successfully reach your long term
goals.
There comes a time in your life though, when you are at the pinnacle
of your success, by having achieved your goals whether it is work, school,
family, and/or friends related– and as you stand on the mountain top, you can’t
help but look down and scream in fear.
At the age of 24, where I have earned my MBA, and have successfully
helped launch a locally owned family run restaurant through my marketing and
advertising efforts – I am at the pinnacle of success by having climbed to the
mountain top.
Instead of looking down from the mountain top, with fear
consuming me to wonder what next awaits me, I find excitement knowing that life
will still provide me endless opportunities – even if I don’t have it all
planned out to perfection.
Accomplishing the goals you had penned out in your agenda,
and one day waking up to find that you have successfully fulfilled the goal
requirements, sometimes gives birth to both shock and an identity crisis –
where you feel that you are no longer waking up with a sense of purpose, where
you feel void of a sense of direction.
Even though it is difficult, coming to terms that you have successfully
accomplished the entirety of your goals you had set in the past, it is exciting
to realize that this creates an exciting opportunity to set more long term
goals for the potential to reassess your current life and what you want your
life to be in the future.
I am a firm believer that you have to have faith in the
future, knowing that the best is yet to come.
More Information About Ifrah Kanwal:

in Marketing in January of 2012 at West Texas A&M University – to graduate

I am an expert in marketing (SEO/SEM), blogging, branding,
social media management, customer service and team training, and human
resources.
I am a growth hacker through the creation of promotional
content and continuous advertising on Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Plus, Twitter,
Pinterest, and more. I monitor reviews and actively participate in social media
management on Facebook, Google Reviews, Yelp, Urbanspoon, TripAdvisor, and
more. I contribute to the content production, distributing the content across various
social media platforms, and then measuring the success of campaigns, projects,
contests, and more through analytical data. I also communicate with current and
potential customers/clients via email campaigns through MailChimp as another
form of communication.
I help generate more traffic and volume of potentially
interested customers by helping greater strengthen an online presence and
branding, creating content, social media management, marketing, and sales.
I was previously employed as a Social Media Marketing Manager
for C&B Marketing Solutions. I have also helped C&B Marketing Solutions
substantially increase their sales and web presence through social media,
marketing, and selling by having earned an MBA and having acquired years of
working experience, knowledge, and passion.
I have earned my Master in Business Administration with an
Emphasis in Marketing, and acquired working experience with sales as a Target
Team Lead, a Wet Seal Assistant Store Manager, and a Bath & Body Works
Sales Lead.
I have acquired working experience in Marketing as
Interactive 360’s Marketing Representative, Project Manager, and Search Engine
Marketing Specialist.
I am invested in being one of the best, to continually keep
up to date with the latest trends, to hold myself to a higher standard by
continually learning, growing, and creating positive progress – allowing me to
be aware of how to create a wider digital foot print through Facebook, Twitter,
LinkedIn, Google Adwords, Bing Ads, in person sales, project management, and
more. I am invested in continually growing, and helping your company grow –
that is why I recently earned a continuing education degree from eCornell for
continuing education, to be the best and bring you the best.
I also use the Google interface, Google AdWords, Google
AdWords Editor, and Acquisio to often help me process the large amounts of data
for each client, often processing data for each client and campaign based on
campaign type, campaign subtype, budget, status, clicks, impressions, CTR, average
CPC, and other factors. Using training and technical skills required to perform
well for SEM account management, has to be combined with the willpower and the
ability to learn new programs and techniques to clearly see if there is any way
to optimize cost per clicks and gain more conversions while reducing budgeting
spending to analyze data on a regular basis for keyword bidding and monitoring
ad performance. I optimize current client accounts to help maximize their
budgeting spending to generate the maximum amount of website traffic and
customer conversions (increase customer purchases), by helping with regular day
to day and monthly tasks that helps ensure continual care for clients. One of
my tasks for helping ensure the smooth running of our current client’s SEM
account is optimizing, changing KPIs within Acquisio, updating ads for new
incentives by checking the promotional calendar, uploading various display ads
from the banner sizes, and more. I also help with new clients during the
Onboarding process to help set up clients from the very beginning for success,
by helping create their account structure, which entails researching SEM
Keywords, picking SEM keywords, and writing SEM ads. I also help search engine
marketing needs by creating Google AdWords conversion code and creating
remarketing code using the Google interface, while also importing campaigns in
Acquisio/synchronize, integrating Google AdWords in Google Analytics, importing
campaigns into Google AdWords, and more. Another responsibility in helping new
clients be set up for success is adding location extensions, call extensions,
and site links.
